Everything you need to know about party bookings
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance for regular parties and 4-6 weeks for larger events or special themes. For weekend bookings during peak season (October-February), we suggest booking 1 month ahead to ensure availability. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests based on availability.
Yes, you're welcome to bring your own cake for your celebration. However, our packages include custom cakes from our partner bakery, which are specially designed to match your chosen theme. If you prefer to bring your own cake, please inform us at least 3 days before the event, and we'll ensure proper storage and presentation arrangements.
We understand that plans can change. For cancellations made 7+ days before the event, we offer a full refund minus a small processing fee. Cancellations made 3-6 days before receive 50% refund. For cancellations within 48 hours, we're unable to provide a refund but can offer credit for a future booking. Rescheduling is always free if done at least 48 hours in advance.
Absolutely! We understand that every celebration is unique. You can customize any package by adding or removing features, or mix elements from different packages. Our event coordinator will work with you to create the perfect package tailored to your needs and budget. Simply discuss your requirements during the booking process, and we'll provide a customized quote.
Our packages include professional decoration services tailored to your chosen theme. You're also welcome to bring additional personal decorations or items to make the event more personal. Our team will help set up everything according to your preferences. If you have specific decoration ideas or photos, share them with us during booking, and we'll do our best to bring your vision to life.
